Product Designer · Acrobat @ Adobe
Turning behavioural insights into measurable product outcomes — across onboarding, habit formation, and retention. 2+ years at Adobe, a multidisciplinary background, and a soft spot for making complex things feel simple.
I'm Aishani, a Product Designer at Adobe Acrobat — turning behavioural insights into measurable product outcomes across onboarding, habit formation, and retention. Over the last 2+ years I've led the redesign of Acrobat's onboarding system, shipped 3 experiments establishing a repeatable framework, and now lead all onboarding experiences for the product.
Before Adobe, I built design teams and research practices from scratch — at tbo.com, Flossy Cosmetics, and Kristal.AI — across enterprise software, fintech, and consumer brands. My approach sits at the intersection of behavioural design, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and visual craft: understanding the why before diving into the how.
